Ordinance 503, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 7 of the Spring Lake Park Code Relating to Parking Regulations

The Ordinance prohibits parking within ten (10) feet of either side of a curbside mailbox between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday (excluding federal holidays), to ensure access for mail delivery; clarifies that obstructing access to driveways and mailboxes is prohibited; and modify winter parking restrictions to apply after snowfall of two (2) inches or more, rather than three (3) inches.
